Politics, sensationalism, click bait, fear mongering. A lot of content is useless to me.

Oh, ok. It seemed they were talking about people only reading the headlines, then sharing with people who only read the headlines.
I don’t read 90% of the articles because they’re mostly crap.
300 years of screwing poor people. Support for the 2008 bailout for Wall Street. Donations from tech companies. They claim to support Medicare for everyone but haven’t done anything about it. Democrats tend to disregard working class and rural populations. In fact they denigrate them and think of them as uneducated hicks. Remember the basket of deplorables? Obama deported more immigrants than any other president.
I think there’s a misconception about elected officials. Many people believe they work to improve the lives of American citizens, but they don’t. Most of their time is spent fundraising and catering to wealthy donors. The majority of them don’t care about you at all.
Wow, that’s a crazy schedule
I like to pay extra for a good ice cream that has just natural ingredients in it and not a bunch of chemicals.
That’s why when I got dentures I picked a few shades darker than stark white. We Americans just have some obsession with bright white teeth. I think they look phony.
Well, that’s sad. Corporations have taken over our lives.
Wow, that’s crazy
Just asking a question for the fun of it. I don’t get a lot of social conversation.
It’s called Vitles. Family owned and popular coffee shop. I live in a small town so that might be why it’s cheaper.
I haven’t tried the app. If it’s cheap I might go once a month.
We have Burrito Bandito. Really good and a good price.
We finally have a Penaro that I haven’t checked out yet.
I have long wished for a fast food joint offering healthy foods. But healthy foods aren’t addictive like frankenfood.
I like cooking at home. I make really tasty food with fresh ingredients, and I know what’s in it.
I just did that today for lunch. I had a very good patty melt with fresh onion rings and a glass of iced tea for $22 after tax and tip.
See, I don’t get the fast drive through thing. I pull up to the drive through. They have two lanes. Both are full and there are 10 cars ahead of me. I have to wait 10 minutes or more just to place an order and 10 minutes to get to the window to pay. It’s generally not fast at all.
At first the author states:
The findings, which the researchers said suggest that social media users tend to merely read headlines and blurbs rather than fully engage with core content, appeared today (Nov. 19) in Nature Human Behavior. While the data were limited to Facebook, the researchers said the findings could likely map to other social media platforms and help explain why misinformation can spread so quickly online.
This implies all social media users. Later it mentions sharing information.
If I cared , I would read the paper. I think the author didn’t do a very good job from headline on.
