Maybe this question seems stupid, so be it. But I’ve seen mostly bad news, and I struggle to get away from it.

I want to know this: What do you think is going to be good and or great in the upcoming four years of us politics?

    There’s a chance that Musk has bought himself enough influence to turn conservatives on climate change. I don’t know if I expect it, exactly, but there’s a chance at a scenario where there is at least some progress there.

    Granted Musk will mostly use it to enrich himself, but if he at least stops then from repealing green subsidies and the like, that’s movement in the right direction.

        That’s just it … He’s heavily invested in alternative energy…

        Tesla makes electric cars, home and industrial battery packs, and rooftop solar. It’s in his interest for Republicans to believe in climate change.

        At the very least it’s in his interest for Republicans to not squash electric cars and solar power.

      That is a bit of a conflict of interests between them, I had not thought of that. But perhaps you’re right, that would be good progress!
